The London and St.Thomas area continues to offer excellent house values.
When compared to other major cities across Canada, London and area home prices look like quite a bargain. Let’s take a look at average home prices, based on MLS® sales, across the country.
It should be pointed that the London-St.Thomas area is not the most affordable due to a fall in prices. In fact, the average price across the area has been hoolding steady or showing small increases. We are fortunate to have a fairly stable real estate market without the volatile price swings that some cities have.
